Les professionnels qui m\u00e8nent \u00e0 terme les interventions, Badia Belabed Sahraoui, Jennie Kribeche, Nacer Touam, Youcef Benhamiche, Ali Mohamed Bet Youcef, Ahmed Mezzach et Bet Zeienelabiddine Rouabeh, ont expos\u00e9 la probl\u00e9matique de la ville historique, les objectifs envisag\u00e9s, la m\u00e9thodologie choisie et les op\u00e9rations pilotes en cours.
