A project with a strong social component, since it made it possible to improve the living conditions of around 150 people in 31 room units, also preventing the unbridled gentrification process of the Medina from expelling these families from the historic center. These are the following houses:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Un projet \u00e0 forte composante sociale, puisqu&#8217;il a permis d&#8217;am\u00e9liorer les conditions de vie d&#8217;environ 150 personnes dans 31 unit\u00e9s de chambres, \u00e9vitant \u00e9galement que le processus de gentrification effr\u00e9n\u00e9e de la M\u00e9dina n&#8217;expulse ces familles du centre historique. Il s&#8217;agit des maisons suivantes :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; Derb Darqaoua. Quartier de Hart Soura, XVIe si\u00e8cle<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>11 unit\u00e9s de chambre, 49 personnes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; Sidi Bel Abbes. Quartier de Zaouia Abassia. XVIIIe si\u00e8cle<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>7 unit\u00e9s de chambre, 37 personnes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Derb Zamrane. Quartier du Mellah, XIXe si\u00e8cle<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>13 unit\u00e9s de chambre, 62 personnes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Il y a quelques jours, nous avons eu l&#8217;occasion de visiter les 3 b\u00e2timents r\u00e9habilit\u00e9s pour v\u00e9rifier leur \u00e9tat de conservation, les familles qui y habitent et l&#8217;avis de leurs habitants. Ce fut une grande satisfaction de voir que les maisons sont encore bien conserv\u00e9es et qu&#8217;elles sont encore majoritairement habit\u00e9es par les m\u00eames familles, qui appr\u00e9cient grandement les am\u00e9liorations qui y sont apport\u00e9es.
