Els professionals que porten a terme les accions, Badia Belabed Sahraoui; Jennie Kribeche; Nacer Touam; Youcef Benhamiche; Ali Mohamed Bet Youcef, Ahmed Mezzach i Bet Zeienelabiddine Rouabeh van exposar la problem\u00e0tica de la ciutat hist\u00f2rica, els objectius establerts, la metodologia escollida i les Operacions pilot en curs.
