A project with a strong social component, since it made it possible to improve the living conditions of around 150 people in 31 room units, also preventing the unbridled gentrification process of the Medina from expelling these families from the historic center. These are the following houses:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Un projecte amb una forta component social, ja que va permetre millorar les condicions de vida de unes 150 persones en 31 unitats d\u2019habitaci\u00f3, evitant tamb\u00e9 que el desenfrenat proc\u00e9s de gentrificaci\u00f3 de la Medina expuls\u00e9s aquestes fam\u00edlies del centre hist\u00f2ric. Es tracta de les seg\u00fcents cases:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; Derb Darqaoua. Barri de Hart Soura, Segle XVI<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>11 unitats d\u2019habitaci\u00f3, 49 persones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; Sidi Bel Abbes. Barri de Zaouia Abassia. Segle XVIII<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>7 unitats d\u2019habitaci\u00f3, 37 persones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; Derb Zamrane. Barri del Mellah, segle XIX<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>13 unitats d\u2019habitaci\u00f3, 62 persones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Fa uns dies, hem tingut ocasi\u00f3 de visitar els 3 edificis rehabilitats per verificar el seu estat de conservaci\u00f3, les fam\u00edlies que hi viuen i l\u2019opini\u00f3 dels seus habitants. Ha estat una gran satisfacci\u00f3 veure que les cases estan encara ben conservades i que segueixen habitades majorit\u00e0riament per les mateixes fam\u00edlies, les quals agraeixen enormement les millores que s\u2019hi van fer.
