Objectives 

 


• To establish a new and dynamic framework of governance based on the participation of political agents, citizens and civil society, with a view to recovering architectural and cultural heritage

• To promote knowledge and appropriation, on the part of citizens, of local traditional architecture heritage as an element of cultural identity and social, economic and environmental development

• To discover new ways of using heritage and exploit it as a valuable resource

• To use participation and consensus as a way to implement interventions and activities that establish heritage as a real value and serve as a catalyst for the creation of a new dynamic of sustainable development

• To recover the social, economic and heritage value of traditional architecture

• To promote the traditional architecture of historic centres by means of their appropriation by political agents and the population

• To generate social cohesion around the idea of heritage as a sign of identity and a cultural and economic resource

• To bring about a change in mentality, perception and organization at the local scale, turning heritage into the driving force of sustainable development.
